No1 else actually think West Ham was always the bigger threat to City out tof the last 2 games? Lot of that team will want to do it for Rice and Moyes, and Moyes will want to go out on a high?
West Ham are well and truly on the beach and will get smashed. People often create these narratives and very rarely are they true, ‘Kane will want the Prem record and will never move country after having a young child’ the most obvious.
Worth looking at West Ham’s reply to Piers Morgan on twitter today. It’s funny.

Said he wanted to stay at the weekend but have no idea what’ll happen with him.
You'd imagine PSG must be looking at him too, losing out on Mbappe
I very much enjoyed last night, as did Mamba, Kash, Term and pranks.
Arsenal fans deserve this.
Also worth pointing out, if City win this year, they don't just make it four in a row but also six out of seven.
If we didn't win in 19/20, they could have had seven in a row....

yh not so much Arsenal for me as it is Utd lol seem to really not want City making it 4 in a row which will be the record? Only them us arsenal utd and huddersfield have done 3.
Guess it puts to bed Fergie team no longer the best in prem history if City do 4. For me they clearly already are anyway and by some distance but im sure some Utd fans still hold onto it. If City do 4 in a row after the treble they surely have to concede it too. Ignoring how the achieved that ofc #115

My fear is losing Trent and Salah, the drop off in quality would be huge so if we did I suspect we’d be in a tangle.
Saying that, I’d take top four and a good run in the cups as my expectations are fairly low.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Next season I just want to see a pattern of play that is entertaining and that I think can have us challenging.
Not many managers win the EPL in their first season. Pep didn't. The only ones I can think of are Mourinho, Ancelotti and Conte - all Chelsea actually. So I don't think we'll challenge for the title but if Slot starts to show he can get a high performance out of the team, learns the league and finishes strong - that'll do for me.

Barca will try and low ball us no doubt. What is acceptable? £60m?
We shouldn't sell Diaz unless we get a massive offer I don't think.
We have Edwards...no-one is low balling us.
Edwards will probably give them the most favourable payment structure in terms of installments and then sell the debt to a bank again.

Yeah true...we used to get one goal and just control games after that. Both in & out of possession. Why we gave that up these past 2 seasons is beyond me.

dont think hes improved at all in his time with us, 37.5m paid with 12.5m addons which prob havent been reached? big bonus is hes apparently only on 55k a week.
I dont think hes anywhere near as productive enough for 60m but then again hes prob more productive than raphinhas been for barca and they paid 50-55m for him so fingers crossed. Shouldn't be too hard to replace for much less if we're honest. I've seen enough and after his dads bs fack him.
I couldn’t give two shiiiiiiit what his Dad says and I don’t know why anyone does.
Can he improve? Sure, but he protects the ball as well as anyone in the league, works his nuts off, is rarely injured, has pace and can play anywhere across the front three.
How we’ve gone from the best front five to having people suggest that all five could go at one stage or another on here I don’t know but I find it fickle in the extreme myself.
