25 mins off the bench for Salah would be perfect. Gives Mo a rest, Chiesa some minutes and would hopefully indicate we're a couple of goals up!

I hope Chiesa hits the ground running very fast. Should give Salah and our other attackers a kick up the backside. Nothing wrong with a selection headache. Will benefit the team.

That Forest result looks like an absolute mystery now because we could and should have scored about 10 tonight. 4 wins out of 5 and a win on his birthday isn’t too bad a start for Slot.

My only slight annoyance so far with Slot is the pack of opportunities for those outside of the first team and leaving it so late to give them minutes when on the bench. Although of course it's early days and that could change.

Think he just wants to build momentum with what he clearly sees as his strongest starting line up. I think it’s fine for now, but he’ll have to start using the squad more sooner or later.

felt he was justified tbh, we lost all our pressing intelligence when he changed jota, he orchestrated the press. Nunez doesnt/can't do it. Also the mf is key in that too. Starting to see why he sticks with the same. our press was forcing them into stuff they didnt want to do and they couldnt deal with it.

Hopefully its just a case of needs more time with the others until hes happy they can do what he wants. Or find another way of pressing/playing when he makes the change. Seems clued up enough to come up with solutions based on how he speaks.

Nunez is such a curious case, not sure how he fits into the team. He hasn’t looked the part in the limited opportunities he has had so far.
