Lot of possession but zero threat. Mainly just pass it around at the back and half way line. Clueless when they got past half way or never had the numbers forward.

They looked very open on the counter attack. It was reminiscent of us in the last few seasons. Pushing fullbacks high and building up with two CBs is outdated.

You’d maybe have an ounce of credibility if you hadn’t spent most of the summer having a pop at anyone who felt being the only club in Europe not to sign a player (at that time) was a bit off. Even last night laughing at fellow fans in the match thread, and then today, less than 24 hours later, droning on about dismissing other people’s opinions

I mean you jump on pretty much anything Fred says and have done for years. You were calling Salah time a fruitcake too.

No idea what the expectation is there. I hope they don’t boot him too early, he’ll be a major reason Clarke and Baj have gone there. Obvs Clarke is a perm transfer, still want to see him do well.

Yeah, they’re a touchy bunch. Reckon it’s a North London thing, them and Spurs fans seem to demand recognition.

City are really struggling against two strikers who occupy the CBs. Inzaghi is also a very good manager who plays a structure whereby every player know their roles.

We have a committee or team of which Slot is a part of. Robbing comes out with all sorts of excrement just to be contrary to whatever I'm saying and he ends up looking dumb every time.

If he’s changed his mind then I hope we do go back. He was identified as the right player for us, that’s good enough for me.

I assume we have a load of posters on this site who have never regretted a decision they’ve taken. Or regretted not doing something. I’m envious - it’s happened to me plenty of times!

That said, it’s more than likely bollox designed to get RS to offer a new deal.
