Bought a grenade fruit flavoured protein bar yesterday. Tasted nice. Very sweet. Need one with less sugar though. Would recommend it though for you peeps.

Chaps. Had a Maxinutrition Promax Chocolate protein bar. Tasted nice. 21g protein 6g fat. Not bad.
hoiw would one go about making their own bars? the 37g bars from myprotein are decent. Like edin I struggle to put on muscle though, too mcuh sport

Those maxinutrition bars are kinda average. The cookie dough one tastes okay though.
I am with TRC. Eat brown rice and chicken until you feel like vomiting. Then eat some more brown rice and chicken.
