I don't do preworkouts. I've given them a go before, I had a friend who was into them so he would make me try the better ones that he had tried. They're alright I guess but I find I can get plenty of pyshological hit out of the nasty, sheep thrown into an electric fence type music I listen to.
neck a triple serving of grenade and you'll be bouncing

3 grenades and you'll be more than bouncing.
I just cant find the time to have pre workout shakes, post workout shakes, and eat 6 times a day. How do people do it? so many supplements out there. It is a nightmare to find out which one is the best for you and which one works.

Ive given up on protein shakes Danny. Just too much hassle for me now.. I just eat chicken all week.
Do you drink your shakes regularly?
I train full body every sesh right now. Going to switch to upper lower split or maybe push/pull/leg soon though

The worst thing about having shakes is if you forget to wash the shaker afterwards, the smell would be unbearable a few days after. Cant be dealing with that anymore.

Dolphin fitness are the one. Great deals.
Yeah I used to neck a lot of shakes but now i'm much more conservative. I usually get a box of chicken and brown rice as soon as I walk out of the gym so I just have one at breakfast.
I use the smith machine for
Guillotine press and this weird tricep extension leaning thing.
I haven't had a protein shake in a year I reckon
My cousin served me some of the best ice cream I'd ever tasted a few weeks agO. Turns out had made it from chocolate protein powder, peanut butter, milk and ice that was some good shít man
I can't deal with a lot of protein powders, got a lactose allergy. So have to have he isolate sheit.
I eat healthily enough anyway so it's fine.
Poor Edin
Isolate gives you the most amount of protein anyway doesn't it? Guess it depends on the brand though.
the count in the gym was high today
I wonder if anyone actually does weightlifting on this board. Its one of those things i would do if i had a lot of time and money to afford coaching
