120kg squats for 4, 90kg bench for 4. 140kg deadlifts for 2.
Nah i'm in the 10-12 range ATM but I can get it real low without trying that hard. But bulking is fecking impossible.

Honestly TCW, bit of nutty muesli in the morning, healthy lunch (lean protein, leafy greens, good carbs etc) snack on nuts, eat whatever I want at dinner and it's fine.

Also guys can get down to like 4%, though it's not healthy to go below 5% for more than (I believe) a few hours.

Wholewheat is good enough carbs. Depends how well you digest gluten I guess.

I'm sure you already know this, but I was so surprised to find the correlation between bicep/calf size and ankle/wrist size. I have skinny ankles and wrists so am facked for that.
