Don't take bcaa powder it's absolutely beyond disgusting and not okay. Throw it all in the bin and get capsules. And probably some enterically coated digestive enzyme supplements as well if you want the bcaas to actually get digested

Today I was doing leg press and the machine has a good view of the squat racks. There was this guy who was fairly broad framed and tall who was loading weights onto the barbell, he got 240kg on there so 260kg in total. I was obviously pretty interested at this point so I was just watching to see what he was gonna do with it. Was I about to see something physique defying?
No I was not
I was impressed enough that he got the bar off the rack, but he did indeed. He proceeded to bend the knees through a 5 degree range of motion for 4 reps before racking the bar again.
I think he got more meaningful exercise out of loading the weights on and off the barbell tbh

He was a bit like that yeah. He probably could have squat 70 or 80kg for a decent number of reps he wasn't totally unfit looking but it was pretty ridiculous to watch

Saw a guy do that TCW but instead of squats looked he was doing deadlifts from like 1 metre up, apparently there's a proper name for it, literally just going from a slightly bent knees position to straight standing up, used to be a proper weightlifting move in the 20th century but fell out of fashion cos it does f all
