What do y'all do when you have DOMs so bad it literally hurts to move for days
Seriously, try to never get doms in your calves. Have to walk on your toes like a little biiitch for days.

just woke up with cramp in my left calf
pulled it at footie last night, this will take a few days to recover
very embarrassing, should not have trained legs on monday

what ur opinions on super-reps?
i find that they throw off my count and rhythm.

Man up
fry the quorn in coconut oil for 20 mins, add lentils, quinoa and acai berrys, let it all simmer together for 30 minutes, perform breathing exercises while you wait to prepare your chi levels. then breath in the scented goodness.
