R.e. breaking fast in relation to when you train. If you're looking to optimise fat burning then eat about an hour after the workout ends.
If you're looking to build muscle then have something with a lil sugar and protein asap.
If you're fasting for liver optimisation then it's 24 hour periods 2-4x monthly. Midday to midday is about the easiest period to manage imo.
just eat a paleo diet for all of those
Fat burning it's about riding the hormonal benefit of training but not letting leptin levels drop too low.
Muscle building loves protein and insulin.
Liver needs like 12 hours to finish up cleaning the toxins you already are and then another 12 to catch up on its backlog.

Got into a routine last week and was really improving. Then the gym closed down for four facking days, and fat caaaant that I am I used it as an excuse to fall off the wagon.
Not only that I injured my back in football so will take a few days to get rid of that
Did 4k run. That was it. Does that count as a rest day?
