Any tips on keeping most muscle mass while cutting TCW?

I think i'm quite lucky genetically as can eat a fair bit of crap and a take away once a week and remain in "pretty"good shape, but feel if I didn't exercise at all i'd be skinny fat.

I'm 6ft, 13 stone and want to keep definition, while trimming down to get a 6 pack.

Already started adding cardio to my weekly, and a couple HIIT sessions in the evening(only 15 minutes).

If I want to lean out while maintaining muscle mass I just eat super clean, I already do a lot of supersets and high rep weight training. I hate sprints but they're super effective.

You're in your 30s now right? Might just need to be stricter diet wise.

Yeah I think that is it, tbh I know mostly where I'm going wrong, gotta cut down on the alcohol. or atleast go vodka soda and lime. Just love a pint too much

Yeah adding a bit of that. Done 13k the other day after work. My left foot was in agony for 3 or 4 days after. Going to get a proper check in a store and get trainers to suit.
