Will do, I don't follow anything about the fitness community though, doesn't interest me at all.

How do you know if you have a minor muscle tear?

What do you mean, you've trained for years, you should know by now.

Dunno if I stretch my left arm above my head it feels like someone puts a knife into my tricep near my shoulder every time
Might have torn/impinged one of your rotator cuff muscles, sounds like it could be supraspinatus. Was onset sudden?
Search supraspinatus tendinitis see if it fits your pain. It’s quite common my gf had it mildly too. You play lots of sport don’t you? Could have impinged it from that
Yeah that all seems spot on. Ur such a great bloke ur girlfriend is lucky to have you
ramping out my pre season this week. Ran 8k in 35 minutes.
Eventual goal before season starts is to do a 5k in 20 mins.
People who go running are mentally unwell
So all footballers are mentally unwell? Thanks for the feedback bro.
I wasn't really being serious & am surprised you took that comment poorly
But yeh, running is for sc*mbags. Disgusting sport.
I use to hate it, but when I got injured I couldn't sprint without pulling something. So could only jog.
Now that it's hopefully sorted, I just want to be in good nick for the new season. And actually don't mind it as much. Try and do a km every 4/5 mins its basically just one song on the iphone. Way I try to break it down
I reckon I die within the first 5/6 minutes of running every time. Unless you are doing it on a treadmill? Which is a lot easier
Doing it on both, Treadmill is a bit easier in that no hills and softer. But It's easier for me to run outdoors, as not as boring.
