Probs drug related.

I cant play football without suffering at the moment. Died after 5s on Monday and was a bit stiff yesterday. Then after 7s last night when I got off the bus I had stiffened up so much I thought I couldn't walk.

May have to do some warm downs for a change.

Chocolate peanut butter. My mate doesn't work out anymore so he gave it to me.

Think I'll be switching to this stuff now. Myprotein is decent stuff, but tastes awful more often than not.
