After telling myself to quit gym and focus on uni I got bored and joined my local pure gym, just finished training before exams, I'm feeling myself lads, everything right just before summer.
Lean 82kg, finally been able to squat 1 and a halfx my body weight (one of you guys said ages ago you were aiming to bench press your body weight, squat 1.5x and deadlift 2x and I've always had it in back of my mind, seems a good goal to go for), shoulders have grown to compliment my medium off white Zara vest, I could be on love island fellas

How many reps on the squats BK, well done mate, im similar size to you. Looking to hit cardio and high intense workouts to get down to about 80kg and hopefully retain muscle.

6 reps Nick, not a lot but the minimum I go for to say I can 'do' a weight

I think 13 stone for me is probably a bit too much for footy. I have put on weight aswell as muscle due to always being hyperactive, but since i've had an injury I'm burning less calories in everything I do.
i've had a steroid and antiinflmmatory injection into my pelvis so hopefully can start getting back into my footy at a higher level again. Hoping to have a trial at woking when I get my fitness back
mate 120 for 6 reps is good. It's what I got up to a month or so ago. Hoping to get back on the heavy squats post injection.
