Yep, single again for as long as I can handle it. Probably about another 20 minutes knowing me.
I'm not on a hard-core bulk but I am lifting a lower rep range as well as doing my super sets, foam rolling stretching and even now cardio. That and I've cut most crap from my diet and replaced it with chicken Brown rice and veg. So I hope to stay in my usual weight range of 75-80kg but to get back down to single figure body fat while keeping my power up and getting more flexible and aerobically on point.
Not asking much of myself but all in I'm doing about 10-14 hours a week in the gym on myself atm.
I assume it's the right shoulder you had all the shlt go wrong in?

I'm happy with my musculature tbh. When I'm at my best I'll be closer to 80kg and that suits me perfectly fine. Getting heavier would be a huge grind or take roids and I don't want it anyway.
Aside from doing rehab movements for it which you can get off the net you could see a therapist and get a bit of treatment for it.
Best to concentrate on form in those affected exercises and build them slowly back up as you are doing with the core.

I'm 6'0, Takam is 6'1.5 and about 1 stone heavier than 100kg. I'd probably look leaner IF I could keep my body fat % as low as his but I'd definitely be one feck of a unit and I don't wanna be. Seems to me that plenty of ladies would rather I not have an extra 15+kg of muscle and 2kg of fat on me.
I'm not built to be squat or that broad. I'm working on maximising what I have genetically

Teece was about to ask ur help on the haven fam but u been ducking my calls.
Asking for a friend, intermittent fasting makes sense when u do it AM to afternoon. Yet doing intermittent fasting that starts at midday is bad for the metabolism yeh cuz?
Mandem thinking that a glass of cinnamon water and a few slices of grapefruit gonna get you dat metabolism ting on point. You feel me or wot?
Im doing it atm. Sticking to between 4 & 8 and fasted cardio or training as mandatory
It's genuinely not actually for me, the missus is training first thing in the morning and not eating until midday but I am saying that will slow her metabolism down. Makes more sense to get a really light brekkie, even if its eff all to speed the body up.
Im only really into the fasted training, dont know how much the time constraint on eating helps
Done this a couple of times now
It doe mean you lose the weight in a shorter space of time to normal dieting which should mean less muscle lost overall
Oh and i time the training just before when i want to break the fast. (freedom of unemployment i guess)
