Definitely a terror attack but seemingly a 'revenge' attack also on Muslims.
IS are winning this. They want Muslims to be targeted and attacked. They want total and utter chaos and division.
Attacking innocent Muslim people because of what some fanatical evil barstewards did makes you just as bad as them to me. Not wanted in our society.
This is going to get worse before it gets better.

Yep.
The fact that ignorant, naive and narrow minded people still can not differentiate the difference between a good pure Muslim and the evil sadistic nutters who try to use a religion and 'class' themselves as Muslims makes those people that view similar views as that guy just as bad as the extremists.
Not sure we should make this about religion or ethnicity or speculate about the motives.
This is simply 1 nutter hurting innocent human beings.

No it's a non Muslim killing Muslims, him shouting "i want to kill all Muslims" kind of gave it away.
It also wan't ONE nutter, it was 3 people and 2 got away.
This information is all from eye witness statements.
I'd say it's pretty clear what the motives were given the witness statements already and who they attacked.
They might well be "nutters", but it's only valid calling them that if you also do the same for those killing themselves for Daesh.
Muslim or not, it's 1 mentally ill man killing innocent human beings. Not sure why the religion of the victims is important here chap.

Are you facking joking?
How is he mentally ill?
Was Bin Laden mentally ill as well?
As with all terrorist attacks, there are two dimensions. First, there's the damaged psychology of the perpetrator - the warped anger, the inability to find satisfaction or belonging in benign things. Second, there's some feed of ideology that provides a focus to the pathology. In the case of the Manchester and Borough attacks, it's the ideology that tells saddos to ignore mainstream interpretations of the Koran and that God wants you to go out and murder people. In the case of last night's attack, it's the ideology that says Muslims are evil. Those who promulgate these ideologies share some responsibility for the attacks. In the latter case, let's bear in mind that some of our tabloid newspapers - not operating in the shadows of society, but trying to spread their word as wide as possible, in search of profit - have repeatedly exaggerated Muslim sympathy for terrorism, including misrepresenting the results of opinion polls.

and again it WASN'T ONE MAN, it was THREE PEOPLE.

Well no right minded person drives a van into people.
And how would he have known these people were of any particular faith ?
And what the hell has this to do with Bin Laden ???

These types of people have a warped sense of view.
It isn't being mentally ill, more of a very large discontent on how their social and religious world is perceived.

He said and I quote "i want to kill all Muslims" and he did it outside of a Mosque at the exact moment worshipers were walking out after evening prayers.
No right minded person would hatch a plan to drive two planes into the twin towers, so I'm guessing following your logic.... Bin Laden was mentally ill??? Answer the question.

Seriously??
You can hate the actions of some Muslims* but you don't have to hate and kill the vast majority of Muslims who quietly go about their lives every day.
*Insert any religion/group in here as appropriate.

Although he will probably seize this opportunity to go off subject so he doesn't have to admit it was a non Muslim targeting Muslims because of their faith.
