What was Harry Hill doing there?

Taking a break from the Simpsons.
Are we going to play the Derby way or the Pulis way did he say?
Football is show business. Gary Rowett didn't bring in cameras and the press or sell tickets.Frank Lampard can at the moment. Hopefully quality players will want to come to Derby as well now.

I just hope FL is a lucky manager as well as a successful one.
As for JT, if he helps DCFC to be successful then I don't care what he's done, said or alleged to have said or done in the past.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Would you have Ched Evans at Derby?
I know 666's opinion.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
If he was good enough, yes
We take care of our livestock Barca. None of our sheep will be found stray on a busy road. Animal husbandry at its finest.

I know it's the Daily Star but FFS!
https://www.dailystar.co.uk/sport/football/706597/Frank-Lampard-Derby-John-Terry-Chelsea-manager-Aston-Villa
Well I'm being phlegmatic. If it is true, then if Frank believes it will help him then so be it.
We only welcomed him a few days ago so can't really criticise his first decision!
Or perhaps we can
If it happens, it'll be a case of 'sucking it up, I'm afraid. If you want good cop, you may have to accept bad cop, to balance things up. At least you know what you're getting from him, which hasn't always been the circumstance in the past. But with it comes his well-known determination and will-to-win.
Villa fans seemed to get over their initial animosity. Wonder if we can ?
Doesn’t square too well with cutting the wage bill. I would be completely anti. Maybe you can squeeze a season out of him as a player but what’s the point? I have t seen anywhere that Terry now wants to become a coach so it’s hard to see that he would be as committed in that regard as Lampard. It worked with Dave Mackay, still living in London and travelling up a couple of times a week to train and play, but the times they have a-changed, and JT ain’t no Dave Mackay.
There's papertalk and word from Steve Bruce that JT has had a great effect on Grealish in terms of professionalism and application; if we are to thin the squad and bring through youngsters, or even bring in a few young loanees from PL clubs, that is the kind of thing we would need but I would hope we'd have sufficient of in Lampard and Morris in addition to the likes of #CB4, Huddz8, and Curtis.
With his rep, his wages, and his pointy rat face, JT is a massive 'No' from me.
I really don't want JT at Derby no matter what he did for Grealish at Villa. We don't have any talented players like Grealish dissipating their lives away, or not to my knowledge. We have plenty of experience at Derby now, some might say too much.
I think you will find that Bryson moves to Cardiff 666.
Papertalk about Didier Drogba coming to Derby
Don't they realise he's 40 FFS.
Amazed nobody has mentioned recruiting Ashley Cole - He's 39 in December
Aj, that paper talk is a garbage sensationalist headline borne of an off the cuff joke by drogba on Twitter.
Maybe we will wheel out Chopper Harris, he's only 73.

Could do a (hatchet) job?
David Speedie.? He's only 58
In other news The Dirties have sacked Heckingbottom
I said that I would report on last nights' Hebridean Rams Supporters Club EGM.
Needless to say we overwhelmingly endorsed the appointment of Lampard and this has been communicated to Mr Morris. And Griff.
Interestingly there was also considerable support should JT be recruited.
We took the pragmatic view that we have tried and failed with every other possible combination and this is no time for niceties.
A bit of drive, energy, ambition and a superb network of contacts.......
HRSC has considerable heft and influence so we will see what happens
