Traore playing as a wing back, Dendoncker in midfield
Vile two up at Palace 🤮
Pukki spurns his third clear chance
We don’t deserve much today...sloppy !
Bizarre that we didn't go for the jugular at the end there, seemed like BL was playing for the point when he brought Dendoncker on. Credit to Norwich I suppose sounded like they were the better side today.
Poor second half from Wolves. A lucky point methinks

They were certainly the best side in the second half. Nothing really in it first half
Norwich were the better team today, and I'm happy to come away with a point. I think Norwich adapted to the conditions better than wolves, and move the ball around much quicker on a slick surface.
There were balls put through today that ended up overhit that in normal conditions would have put us through.
No excuses, Norwich were the better side, and we came away with a point. which if you are not playing well, you take.
A point is better than nowt but we might well be back to 9th in the table by tomorrow evening
Just paid five quid for the privilege of internet for an hour somewhere over iceland as i couldn't be patient. Feckin goalless.

Honestly wouldn't waste much time fretting about the table, we won't be top eight or bottom six.

It would have been nice to go into the Liverpool game next Saturday still in 6th with 25 points.
With Neves and Podence missing on Wednesday and Ait-Nouri and Trincao playing the way they did today we'll be lucky to get anything out of Burnley on Wednesday.
I don't think ait Nouri was particularly bad, did ok. but not great today. Trincao, has never really impressed me, and he did nothing today to change my mind.

Hold on a minute? Trincao was in your good signing list earlier today wasn't he?

Can't agree with you there Amiga. I thought he was poor in defence and ponderous going forward resulting in being dispossessed so many times that I lost count. He got into great positions but provided absolutely nothing as a goal threat.
Hey Trincao was in the signing list. Fans generally have been positive about him. You didn't ask about my opinion of him.
Personally I would play Traore, and send him back.
Trincao can just go for me. I have come to the conclusion that he is simply not good enough for this league.

There wasn't a goal threat, especially second half. Ait Nouri as you said got into good positions, did nothing with it. But the kid is 19, so did ok.
You can't use his age as an excuse. The Premier League is not a training camp. If he is not good enough he shouldn't be picked ahead of a seasoned professional. If Jonny was fit, Ait-Nouri wouldn't make the bench. For me he is not an upgrade on Ruben Vinagre and he was deemed not good enough.
Well it's all opinion. People call for youth to be played, and a teenager will always have much to learn. I like him personally, but yeah Johny if fit would probably start.
But there is a lot I like about Nouri, I haven't got the same opinion of Trincao.
Ait-Nouri is miles better than Vinagre gem. Ait-Nouri is one of about three or four players we have that will go onto bigger and better things. Not seen today so can't speak on that but he is only about fifty games into his career so will have some poor ones.
As for Trincao, meh. Not sure the prem works for him but when we go negative that is especially the case. Still offers more than Traore but i think Podence is comfortably better than either and surprised he didn't start today. No biggy, Neto back soon.
Thought a draw was as good as it was going to get today. Never made much happen in the final third with our most constructive play coming in the first half when Neves and Semedo were linking together well. Neither Hwang or Trincao did much and it was a real disappointment when Traore came on and was asked to play right wing back. Sa saved us a few times and I thought Coady had a really good game in defence. Not.a bad point away against a team who are fighting for their lives but not an inspiring performance
