Well that sort of resembles a trophy for Spurs I guess but it's not really how a league works though is it.
Personally i think LFC fans are under-estimating the loss of Mane....an absolute key cog in the side. Diaz didnt replace him, he displaced him to the centre, and together they were highly successful. Mane had so much more to his game than the offensive side, real top draw, hard working committed player, with proven quality who was rarely if ever dropped. A key part of a well oiled machine.
Adding Nunez is a step down. No doubt. Unless he blows us all away, which could happen, the chances are he will need time to settle and will be playing in a league way above the level he is used to. He's still young and learning too. He changes the dynamic of the attack and that will take a bit of time to adapt to as well.
I therefore expect a bit of a drop off from Liverpool., admittedly from a very high level. But anyone who would take Nunez over Mane is kidding themselves.

Nunez is a better player now than Mane was when he joined Liverpool - apart from the odd exception Klopp makes players better.
Even if Nunez is an absolute flop, Diaz - Jota - Salah is enough to get 90+ points again anyway.

No one is talking about when Mane joined. We are assessing how teams have improved since the end of last season.
Nunez has it all to prove, hence why I do not see him as an upgrade on Mane yet. May be in time. may be not.
The gulf between Liverpool and Spurs last season was huge, can't see why people think it'll swing so far the other way now.
It's possible but very very unlikely imo

Agree that Mane is obviously better than Diaz but Mane was also on the downward trajectory (albeit exaggerated imo) until he was moved into the centre following the arrival of Diaz. Luckily Diaz also appears to be just as hard working as Mane so that side of his game should be covered, and has slotted in perfectly.
Ultimately Mane's biggest weakness at times was his finishing which is also Nunez's biggest strength, so if he can settle quickly then we hopefully won't miss Mane all that much.
The dynamic will definitely be different but I am looking forward to us actually having a proper striker again.
