People want Salah gone when he has said himself that he will be here next season post Klopp and that he wants another crack at the CL. Saudi might offer 70-80m but he has to agree.
Let's not forget VVD was supposedly finished last season and this season he has been our best player. Mo was up there before AFCON/Injury too.

You always get personal, not that it bothers me and I can tell you I always share my honest opinions but I understand perception isn't always the way I intend. I'm not sure you know what an inferiority complex is either.
Anyway, a new manager is coming in. Everything we're saying here could be thrown in the trash in one moment, and the outlook or perception could be very different by the start of next season.
One thing that exites me about Amorim is to see what he can do with Diaz, Nunez and Mac Allister especially. Surely he should be able to get a very nice tune out of some of these players. Also players like Trent, Jones and Elliot. What would he do with them? Who would he sell if anyone? There's people talking about selling Nunez, I'd give it 3% probability. If Amorim comes in Nunez isn't going anywhere for sure. It's just fans talking, no big deal so long as the club succeeds. Onwards and upwards
The last 4 games have been bleak for different reasons. Atalanta we were just shockingly bad. Just awful.
Utd in the league and Palace; we had a total of 49 shots and scored 2 goals. So we're not broken, we're creating but just not taking our chances.
We're all disappointed atm but we'll probably end up with circa 84-86 points come the end of the season. That's still a very good total considering we've bedded in a entirely new midfield and coped with a lot of injuries.
Nothing has changed for me; I still think we'll replace some of the known outgoing players (Matip, Thiago, Adrian) but not much more. This squad is young and I think it's perfectly reasonable to expect the young and new players to improve again next season. I think there's a lot more to come from the likes of Konate, Quansah, Bradley, Bajcetic, Szobo, Jones, Grav, Elliott, Gakpo and Nunez - they're all 24 or younger.
I would have loved us to sign Klopp off with the EPL or EL but if that doesn't happen then he's still leaving us in a strong position.

depends how much we can get for them, if its less than 150m we rejected for Salah in jan itll hurt if sold. VVD based on this season would be worth more than we paid for him in this market to replace. Granted hes been dog muck recently butt he was outstanding most of this season.
Dont mind them seeing out their conttracts and leaving for free so long as we've replaced them long before that contracts up. Something i think we've been slow with in the past witth many players.

Really bad patch of form for Salah can’t deny and theres a tough decision for the club this summer, although that was always going to be the case. Far too early to be writing him off though and he’s had similar patches before, bit of respect for one our best ever players please.

People want Salah gone when he has said himself that he will be here next season post Klopp and that he wants another crack at the CL. Saudi might offer 70-80m but he has to agree.
Let's not forget VVD was supposedly finished last season and this season he has been our best player. Mo was up there before AFCON/Injury too.

depends how much we can get for them, if its less than 150m we rejected for Salah in jan itll hurt if sold. VVD based on this season would be worth more than we paid for him in this market to replace. Granted hes been dog muck recently butt he was outstanding most of this season.
Dont mind them seeing out their conttracts and leaving for free so long as we've replaced them long before that contracts up. Something i think we've been slow with in the past witth many players.

Really bad patch of form for Salah can’t deny and theres a tough decision for the club this summer, although that was always going to be the case. Far too early to be writing him off though and he’s had similar patches before, bit of respect for one our best ever players please.
