A bit far perhaps?
But immigrants choosing not to integrate with the British population or it's cultures is definitely an issue.
Bradford, Leicester, Derby ect are all prime examples.
I'm not assuming anything. I'm literally proving that 19 roles within the league are held by MBE candidates. If you want to include nationality that's by the by - 19 out of 552 is all that matters surely. If we are spreading the pool to Europe that makes it even more under represented.

Very much. I would say I have an Asian lad spit in front of me when I walk past with my girlfriend on a weekly basis. Too much for coincidence anyway.

There are many cities and towns up and down the UK where there are no-go areas for whites.
The Granby street area in Liverpool is one of them,I'm sure all the Liverpool supporters on this site can verify this to be the case

But you have said that 23% of qualified white coaches hold coaching roles within the UK. You have assumed that those not held by black UK coaches are held by white UK coaches. That can't be correct.
What we really need to know is how many qualified black UK coaches there are and how many are employed within those roles and the same for white UK coaches. Then we can work out the proper percentages.

There are multiple sides to this integration debate
Some Brits move out when immigrants move close by
Some stay
Some immigrants are happy to live anywhere
Some prefer to live with people of the same background
For example the Brits in Spain and Abu Dhabi

I can understand to an extent, when moving countries you want to be around people used to a similar way of life to yourself.
But I've had some good friends in the past who have juggled their religious beliefs and their families traditions in place yet still managed to get on with Western life just fine.
Others seem to think the nation hates them and they don't like to look outside of their own views and cultures. These are the type who wind me up, the same who probably spit at you, basically the opposition to the BNP types.
What we really need to know is how many qualified black UK coaches there are and how many are employed within those roles and the same for white UK coaches. Then we can work out the proper percentages
========================
Well to do that all we would have to do it minus all the foreign coaches from the list.
Just a guess but I'm thinking that MBE are still under represented which is what every survey into the matter ever has also concluded.
It really is staring you in the face though.

Yes 19 - 3.5% of the jobs held by a minority that represents 3.4% of the population.

But is it really a problem?
The amount of players that become managers is tiny - the proportion of black players who played around the time most of these managers came through, was tiny.
There are now literally hundreds of times more black players now than there were in the 80s. It stands to reason that players who retired in the late 90s/early 2000s that are now ready to be managers would be rising by a similar percentage. As I've said, I fully expect that in 5-10 years we'll have 20% of the managerial population be BME. We're currently suffering the knock on effects of the racism from 20-30 years ago.

Yep, my sister-in-law did that. Some black guys mugged and pushed her over.
Police were basically shocked she was around "these parts" and their investigation was non-existent.
Well you can't be bothered to do your own research is more likely. I'm not getting upset at all.
I will say that the population has absolutely nothing to do with it but rather those in a qualified position to actually do the job.
How many foreign coaches are there? No more than 50 I'd bet.
That would still be 4% compared to 20%.

No the fact is that most of the established managers with decent careers, have been around for 30 years, from a time where the majority of players were white.

That would not help the case that non whites get discriminated, just like some African nations chose white coaches over black ones.
Those who want to see discrimination see it,those who see the best people should and do get picked for the job know that a white coach is picked to manage a nation of 95% black people is due to them being the best available

I think the point is that there shouldn't be ANY areas they can't mix.
Back to the football for a second, outside of white and black folk, there are very very few ethnic minorities involved in the game at all, never mind at management level.
Surely it's just a part of growing as a nation? As more black people are now playing the game, we should see more managing. Same will eventually happen with Asian people.
