Fair society.

Fixed that for you. You're advocating racist discrimination on the basis of personal choice.

Honestly, the law is ridiculous. New Labour really did shaft their traditional voters - The Working Man's Party, so long as you aren't white
----------------------------------------------------------------------

You clearly don't know what you're talking about. You've got what you want - under representation of black minorities in every position of power in the country.

What's your problem? You and your klan are winning.

No french you're advocating racism. Just now you wrote that someone should be allowed to choose not to employ someone because of the pigmentation of their skin.

I didn't say that. You're making assumptions based on your opposition to freedom of choice.

If they want to employ someone else - even if their decision is based purely on ethnicity - then that's their prerogative.

That's what you wrote. That's what you want. You've got it.

Congrats.

I am not advocating racism at all. I am advocating basic freedoms. I honestly cannot comprehend why someone would oppose the right of a black business owner to employ a black individual to work for him on the basis that he felt more comfortable working with someone who shared a similar heritage/background. I'm absolutely fine with that.

This is what you wrote. Ergo you are saying people should be allowed to descriminate. Ergo you think they should be allowed to be racist in the work arena. Ergo you advocate racism.

If you cannot understand this point you really shouldn't be allowed internet access.

Robin, why haven't you responded?

You say all Black managers have to start at the bottom, yet not a single of the worlds best was born with an entitlement to a top job, regardless of the colour of their skin.....

posted on 30/3/15

Okay Busby - find me a black manager thrown into a top job like say Klinsman. Just one will do from the history of football.

So now you want us to control what people think as well as who they employ?

Your views wouldn't have been out of place in 1930s Germany, my good man.

No. I want to protect against someone descriminating by making a choice based solely on skin colour. Something you openly disagree with.

Robbing, I'm defending a basic human right - the right to choose. You aren't. Who is the one being discriminatory here? Clue, it isn't me.

There is a reason my multinational organisations are the most successful in the planet.

It is a stupid employer that cannot appreciate that different cultures working together provides the best opportunities for success.

Hoody

There is a big difference between advocating someone having the freedom to make the choice of being a racist, and advocating making that particular choice though.

Klinsman was given the Germany job because their FA decided on a shift in mentality.

The pool of options for a nation like Germany will not include many black ex players, certainly not who performed at the level, and offer the same charisma as Klinsman.

You are taking a single incident and acting as though it happens all the time.

If England went down that route, we'd be looking at a Beckham or a Shearer, why? Because no black players have had the same impact on an England team.

Those that have Rio, Campbell, Ince and Barnes shouldn't be given jobs, ever, at any level, because they are morons. Nothing what so ever to do with their skin colour.

What you are saying is if two men, of equal ability, experience and stature within the game went for a job the white man would get it. Personally I feel it's unfair to brand club owners racist in such a manor. Especially in a country that has seen quite a few black managers in the last 10 years.

Yes, it is. I cannot believe someone could be this openly moronic to be honest.

So you think it would be okay to set up Mein Kampf Recuitment services whilst employing only aryan people because he chooses to?

That's what you're talling me?

How far does this freedom of will stretch? You should know I already suspect you of numerous statuatory rapes.
