Not all black and Asian people think the same as some of you guys think, and having another opinion is how life works....like whites, black and brown and Asian are not one homogenous group, all thinking about their skin tone hourly, or what it is to a certain pigmentation.
As white working class kids are bottom of the Ofsted education ladder, perhaps the BBC and others could pay some attention to that sector too.
For equality
It's called diversity and respect.

Does the reverse work for you?
I think equality is important, but you do not, obviously.
If whites are under represented in jobs or professions, just ignore it.
Great move and the white working class salute your support.

Why is skin tone always centre stage now?
-----
Skin tone has always been centre stage. For centuries.
You are only noticing it now because its the other guys getting jobs now.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Not all black and Asian people think as you presume.
Skin tone does not matter, but the person inside.
It's just a phase we are going through with silly race identity politics dividing us.
You cannot even define what black culture is, yet you say his is central to everything, LMAO.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
A phase?Keep telling yourself that.
Nice attempt at rewriting history.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It's a silly phase, once you calm down and stop trying to achieve equality of opportunity and stop making such a fuss when you claim people are being mean to you the sooner we can all be happy together again
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Well said. Trying to redress years of policies based on skin tone is replacing racism with racism. I will try to correct myself in future.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I've had bluebells arguing that the BLM movement is about black supremacy, the raised first from players taking the knee is because they're black supremacists, Anthony Joshua is a black supremacist, I've had the lot today. Something about the current climate is worrying him.

Until the seventies, the UK was about 95 per cent white, so in the past, there were less black and asian workers, based on mere numbers and reality.

So 5% was non white. The good old days. What was the percentage of non white BBC employees until the 70s?

Would you encourage FA, boxing, uk athletics, to recruit more white English as they are not represented fairly?

Thats according to your logic, not mine.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It is equality
If black people are not represented at the beeb, they do ads for black staff...you support that, but not if white people are not represented proportionally?

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Alrighty, indeed.

So, it is ok if certain sectors are mainly black in a mainly white nation?
Does the reverse work for you?
I think equality is important, but you do not, obviously.
If whites are under represented in jobs or professions, just ignore it.
Great move and the white working class salute your support.
