Is that the very point of evolution!
================

No.

Evolution is a process of continuous development.

What is being described above is technological evolution, but as I have pointed out, it is not evidence of human (ciological) evolution.

The technology is advancing, but that does not mean that the human which is making it advance is advancing itself.

--------------------------------

But doesn't that require the human mind to be more evolved to understand this and push our knowledge.

And while we are at it you could eqully argur that the human raise has evolve in such a many that darwinism need not always apply, ie IVF.

His message remains consistent though, love your God and love your neighbour.

Nowadays it's more love your wad and make love to the neighbours wife.

Perhaps the first time we've ever come to an understanding

The Jews' issues with Christianity are it's festivals and their "bastardising" of things like Christmas - which was combined with a Pagan festival and so on and so forth.

Messianic Jews however DO believe Jesus was the messiah as many parts of the original scriptures refer to his coming.

There are gods everywhere, I know this because people say so, sometimes they even write it down in a book.

Which is all the evidence they need.

The poor loves.

Guys, you still have to account for Carbon dating, that's science with reference to living things which points to 62,000 years.

In any event, I'm not here to preach to anyone about anything cause that would make me a hypocrite.

I'm just saying, science postulates some theories that are actually rubbish with no scientific evidence to back it up as well.

Religion is man made and is ballacks. My view on that hasn't changed

Cheers, home time

Are you suggesting humans were as naturally intelligent 400,000 years ago as they are today?

Christians are the worst hypocrites. They do not practice what they preach and I appreciate why we get bashed all the time

We've already discussed this, carbon dating doesn't go any higher than 62,000 years, it doesn't state that this is the age of life on the planet.

Like Muslims though they dont beleive he was the Son of God.

Tbh, an objective point of view, would say that the Jewish model is the most likely of the 3 to be accurate.

My uncle is the perfect example of a hypocritical Christian.

This is why Messianic Judaism actually made a lot of sense to me.

My biggest quarrel with Islam is that, if Abraham is the forefather of the religion as he was for Judaism - why have Muslims changed their god?

Or have they? I don't claim to understand it at all!

Cheers MUD, have a good one!

JPB

They do believe he was the son of God I think - Messianic Jews that is but not other branches of Judaism.

I have not expressed an opinion on that point.

I think I am right in saying that the universe is still expanding, but they are unsure if it is expanding at uniform rate, a decreasing rate or an increasing rate. The first would suggest infinite expansion, the second supports the expand/contract to singularity theroy (personally I believe this), the final……err pass!

And a lot of people who say they don't believe in 'god' should change that to they don't believe in organised religion! Do I believe that there is an ultimate creator for the universe? I am undecided. Do I believe that said god sent his son to earth, flooded the world, doesn't like men who like men, created all animals? NO!

(danny) Glover - Isn't 'Messiah' akin to prophet (ie the islamic view of jesus and mohammed) rather than being akin to the son of god ? I didnt think that a messiah necessarily had to be the son of god.

Muslims' god is the same as christians' and jews' god. they just dont bleive that jesus was the son of god (as the christians do) and also believe that mohammed was a further prophet after jesus.

(apologies for confusing you with glavin earlier)

I typed up a massive response about 99% of the population being wiped out by volcanoes and if only 1% survived who had a genetic tolerance to something stupid like tolerating sulphur heavy drinking water. We would evolve with that genetic trait which would probably get enhanced over the next 10,000s of year as the healthier specimens endured.
